Pablo Montero (38), real name Oscar Hernandez, was arrested in Miami on Monday for cocaine possession and violating his probation, after his drug test came back positive.
Police stopped also arrested Montero last August after he allegedly ran a red light, and then made a left turn from a right-turn only lane. The police report says [...]
